I accompany individuals, families, teams and groups in vital relocation processes. Listening, words, body and writing are, today, the resources in the transitions towards health.
Trained in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (TBC) and in practice, assistant-tutor of the professional training of the Carme Renalies school at the Contacte des de la Quietud center, recognized by the Spanish Association of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (AETBC). In the process of deepening the Castellino training in Prenatal and Birth Therapy. Facilitator of Biodanza SRT (Sistema Rolando Toro), qualified at the Barcelona Biodanza School BAR 1350 – IBF, with specializations in the field of family, children and adolescents. Trained in Non-Violent Communication and Creative Education (Diraya Expresión)
I have a degree in Communication Sciences, Journalism (UAB) and in Social and Cultural Anthropology (UB). I have developed a career as a journalist and communicator, accompanying people, projects and organizations to give shape, story and coherence to their processes —both in moments of creation and redefinition, transition or celebration. In this framework, I have also trained in Transition Management and Organizational Innovation (Innova), with special attention to supporting change from a structural and human perspective at the same time.
I create, write and recite poetry and facilitate the Lletra i vida (Letters and Life) reading club. Editor and collaborator of specialized publications (Niu Enpordà, Terra),

Estic formada en Teràpia Biodinàmica Craneosacral (TBC), reconeguda per l’Asociacion Española de Terapia Biodinámica Craneosacral (AETBC). Actualment, segueixo immersa en el procés d’aprofundiment en l’acompanyament en la formació Castellino en Terapia Prenatal i de Naixement. Soc facilitadora de Biodansa SRT (titulada a l’Escola de Biodanza de Barcelona BAR 1350 – IBF) amb especialitzacions en àmbit de família, infants i adolescents i amb un llarg recorregut en la facilitació d’espais i grups en l’àmbit social i d’organitzacions oferint nous paisatges en el trànsit quotidià.

Soc llicenciada en Ciències de la Comunicació (UAB) i en Antropologia Social i Cultural (UB). He desenvolupat una trajectòria com a periodista i comunicadora, acompanyant persones, projectes i organitzacions. Formada en Management de Transicions i Innovació Organitzativa (Innova), amb una especial atenció a l’acompanyament del canvi des d’una perspectiva estructural i humana alhora.
Creo, edito i escric. Invento i dic poesia i facilito el club de lectura Lletra i vida.
