What you are living today is asking to be heard
There are moments of change, loss, grief, pain or disorientation.
Moments when the body, emotions or relationships ask for attention.
Sometimes, there is a longing to rest.
And there are also moments when something new wants to be born, grow or transform.
I accompany these processes through listening and presence,
attending to the memory held in the body, emotions, relationships and life story.
When your body, life or relationships are asking for attention
A space for individuals and families to make room for what you are living through and move through it with greater clarity and more resources.
I accompany you through Prenatal and Birth Therapy and the principles of Ray Castellino, attending to the different layers of experience: the body, emotions, relationships and memory. I integrate Craniosacral Biodynamic Therapy, among other supportive approaches, according to the needs of each process.

When something wants to be born, grow or transform
A space for individuals, groups and teams who want to give shape to an idea, a project, a vocation or a life change.
I accompany you in listening to what is moving, what wants to take shape and what the process needs in order to move forward and bring it to life.
Creative projects · Vocation · New beginnings · Life changes
A time to pause and listen
A weekly space to slow down, share silence and make room for what is present, in a welcoming and respectful environment.
A pause to allow ourselves to be held by presence, connection and shared silence.

What we are living today cannot always be understood by looking only at the present.
My practice is rooted in Prenatal and Birth Therapy, the principles of Ray Castellino and health as a guiding principle in life. From this perspective, I take into account our earliest experiences in life, the memory held in the body and the different layers that help explain who we are today.
The body, emotions, relationships and each person’s life story are all part of this listening.
Through listening and presence, I accompany individuals, families, groups and organisations as they move through life processes towards health.
I am a bodywork therapist, poet, journalist, and social and cultural anthropologist.
I work as a Prenatal and Birth Therapist and integrate bodywork and other supportive approaches according to the needs of each process, including Craniosacral Biodynamic Therapy.
My therapeutic practice, rooted in bodywork and the accompaniment of transformational processes, is also nourished by experiential movement, nonviolent communication and creative education.
Take flight is one of the spaces from which I accompany individuals and teams in giving shape to ideas, projects and processes of change.
I write, edit and create content, perform poetry and create spaces for shared words, such as the radio programme Entre marges, a space for conversation and reflection around the experiences that inhabit the margins and transitions.
Over the years, this journey has also taken other forms, within the framework of the project La vida en dansa, through which for twelve years I created and accompanied group spaces for experiential movement.
Words and conversations for the art of living.
A radio space where shared experiences and diverse voices invite us to pay attention to what often remains at the margins.
Because new ways of seeing and inhabiting life can also be built from here.
If you would like to book a session, get in touch and we can talk.

Accompanying life transitions
Today, what you experience is important.
And surely, you have landed here because you want to find
a clearer and kinder way to move through the momentin which you have to live,
and by paying attention to all the layers that are revealed
with the time and care you need.
If you’d like, we can make space
for all that’s moving within you.
Through listening and presence, I accompany people, groups and organizations in moving through vital processes towards health.
I am a body therapist, poet, journalist, and social and cultural anthropologist.
I work as a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist and a Prenatal and Birth Therapist. I support individuals and families when the body, life, or relationships call for attention, offering a space of listening and presence to address their current experiences and find resources to navigate them with greater well-being.
“Emprendre el vol” (Take Flight) is one of the platforms through which I help individuals and teams give shape to ideas, projects, and moments of change.
My therapeutic practice—rooted in bodywork and the facilitation of transformational processes—also draws upon experiential movement, Nonviolent Communication, and Creative Education.
I write, edit, and create content. I perform poetry and foster spaces for shared dialogue, such as the radio program Entre marges, a territory for conversation and reflection on experiences that inhabit the margins and transitions.
This journey has also taken other forms over the years through the project La vida en dansa, where, for twelve years, I have created and facilitated group spaces for experiential movement.
The problems, questions, uncertainty and physical and emotional pains that generate discomfort in your day to day life can find a space to be heard. I accompany you from Craniosacral Biodynamics with a focus on early memories of life.
A time to stop and listen.
A weekly space to share silence, presence, and listening in a welcoming and respectful environment.
We meet to slow down, make space for what is present, and allow ourselves to be held by the power of the gathering and the shared silence.
