I accompany life processes, both individual and family, group and team.
Today I do it from the body, the word and the listening with the intention of facilitating the space to understand what is being experienced, to recognize what resonates in one’s own history and to find a kinder way to go through it.
Therapeutic practice occupies a central place in my professional career. Craniosacral Biodynamic Therapy and Prenatal and Birth Therapy coexist with other languages and experiences that have also shaped my way of accompanying: experiential movement, communication, poetry and work with groups and organizations.
I have trained in Craniosacral Biodynamic Therapy in Contact since La Quietud, with Carme Renalies, official school recognized by the Spanish Association of Craniosacral Biodynamic Therapy (AETBC), where eight years ago I also worked as a professional training assistant-tutor. I trained in Prenatal and Birth Therapy according to Ray Castellino’s approach, which pays special attention to the first experiences of life, to early bonds and the way in which these can continue to be present in the body and in adult life.
My practice has been built and continues to grow from personal and professional curiosity. Experiential movement, Biodanza, Focusing, Non-Violent Communication and Creative Education are part of that journey.
I understand care and health as a vital and political commitment. In a world in transformation, creating spaces for listening, presence and connection is a way of taking care of life.
Emprèn el vol (Take Flight) is, also today, one of the spaces from which I accompany people, teams and organizations to give shape to ideas, projects and moments of change. My therapeutic practice, my background in communication, my experience in accompanying groups and organizations and my training in Management of Transitions and Organizational Innovation (Innova) come together.
I write, edit and create content, write poetry and promote shared word spaces. I host the Entre Marges radio program, a space for conversation and thought about the margins, transitions and questions that go through life. I have also facilitated the Lletra i Vida reading club and I have been part of the editorial team of the Niu Empordà reflection book.
I have a degree in Communication Sciences / Journalism (UAB) and Social and Cultural Anthropology (UB). For about fifteen years I developed my career between written journalism and communication, accompanying projects, teams and organizations – especially in the social and cultural fields – to build stories, processes and strategies. This journey is present in my way of accompanying.
For twelve years, La vida en dansa was the project from which I created and facilitated spaces for experiential movement and group accompaniment with women, families, children, adolescents, educational communities and prisons.
